Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, alternate locations, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and reconciliations
- Implement merchandise price changes according to operational directives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout all work areas
- Support operations team in maintaining optimal merchandise flow and organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or merchandise handling roles
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
- Ability to safely lift and carry merchandise up to 35 pounds
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or retail merchandise roles, with demonstrated proficiency in handling inbound and outbound merchandise operations.
Education
