Role & Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and prepare inbound merchandise for the selling floor
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or distribution centers
- Execute daily inventory control operations and reconciliation
- Process merchandise price changes and ticketing as required
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures in receiving dock and work areas
- Support merchandising team in preparing seasonal displays and activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or back-of-house retail roles
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technology platforms
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse management, or back-of-house roles in retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
