Role & Responsibilities
- Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests, communicating status to client advisors
- Assist with special events, made-to-measure appointments, and truck shows; process and reconcile invoices and client orders
- Check in and receive new merchandise, including ticketing and backstock organization per division requirements
- Place product and merchandise in specified areas under guidance of Group or Sales Manager
- Complete merchandise placements based on business priorities to ensure merchandising standards compliance
- Process damages, reticketing, mark out-of-stocks, and return-to-vendors (RTVs)
- Complete markdowns, create signage, and relocate marked merchandise
- Track daily reports, SPIFF entries, and receipts; monitor department and stockroom controls
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to shift focus quickly based on business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in merchandise receiving, ticketing, and inventory management is advantageous.
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
