  • Drive client acquisition and retention by executing clienteling initiatives, in-store events and targeted outreach.
  • Leverage clienteling tools, social media and other technology to identify patterns in client spend and increase wallet share.
  • Create and manage departmental schedules aligned to promotional calendars and business priorities.
  • Enforce policies, support audit compliance and maintain stockroom and operational controls.
  • Use data-driven insights to set priorities, anticipate risks and adjust strategies to meet departmental goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages feedback, recognition and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience leading and developing a retail selling team with direct reports.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and operational results within a retail environment.
  • Proficiency with clienteling tools and social media for social selling; advanced familiarity with Google Workspace preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand and move on the selling floor for extended periods; may lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred: luxury retail fashion experience.
  • Preferred: 4‑year degree.
