Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales experience and commercial performance of the assigned women's designer department(s), driving top-line growth and exceptional client service.
- Oversee merchandise presentation and in-store vendor/merchant communications, including receipt, returns and resolution of damages.
- Manage, coach and motivate a sales team—setting priorities, creating schedules, conducting performance reviews and supporting talent development.
- Partner with buyers and senior store leadership to review business, develop action plans and contribute to store strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Client Development Leads to create and execute clienteling strategies and CRM-driven initiatives.
- Analyze internal and external customer behaviors, market trends and program results to refine processes, standards and focus programs.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets; control operating expenses to maximize revenue and meet financial targets.
- Support audit compliance and enforce stockroom controls; ensure merchandising, placement and promotional activity are executed to brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in luxury retail fashion, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and driving department growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, motivate and coach sales teams toward shared goals.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering with buyers and client development functions.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform light physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 10 pounds).

Experience
At least four years of luxury retail experience with demonstrated supervisory or managerial responsibility; proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and collaborating with merchandising and client development partners.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, retail management or a related field preferred.
