Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales experience for assigned department(s), driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with merchants, vendor partners and cross‑functional store leads to manage presentation, returns and product flow.
- Direct team execution and staffing to meet sales targets while anticipating and mitigating operational risks.
- Develop departmental strategies and priorities aligned with store objectives and review business performance with Buyers.
- Partner with Client Development to create customer acquisition and retention plans based on behavioural and trend analysis.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets to control expenses and maximise revenue.
- Ensure compliance with audit, stockroom and inventory controls.
- Oversee product placement, promotions and in‑store merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in luxury retail fashion with demonstrated sales leadership.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and producing measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, motivate and coach high‑performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and partnering with buyers and vendors.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to perform light physical tasks as required.

Experience
At least four years of progressive experience in luxury retail fashion with prior responsibility for leading a sales team, driving department performance, and collaborating with merchants and client development partners.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
