Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales and growth targets in alignment with company vision and departmental objectives
- Oversee merchandise presentation, vendor communications, returns management, and damage protocols
- Manage team execution and performance, anticipating and mitigating operational risks and roadblocks
- Establish collaborative strategies with Client Development Lead(s) and merchant partners
- Analyze internal and external customer behaviors, market trends, and preferences to inform departmental processes and focus initiatives
- Develop and manage departmental budgets whilst maintaining strict cost controls and revenue maximization
- Enforce audit compliance and stockroom controls to maintain departmental integrity
- Supervise people, product placement, and promotional initiatives within assigned department(s)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury retail fashion experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and business results
- Proven history of building, leading, motivating, and coaching retail teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to work on-site and maintain flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
4+ years of experience in luxury retail fashion, including leadership or supervisory roles with demonstrated capability in driving sales growth and team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or business degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
