Role & Responsibilities
- Drive departmental sales and growth in alignment with company vision and values, setting clear targets and priorities.
- Oversee merchandise operations and liaise with merchant and vendor partners on presentation, returns and damages.
- Collaborate with Buyers and store leadership to review performance and implement action plans that improve results.
- Partner with Client Development Lead(s) to design and execute clienteling and sales strategies.
- Analyze internal and external customer behaviour and trends to refine processes, focus programs and in‑store standards.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitoring expense guidelines to maximise revenue and control costs.
- Ensure audit compliance, enforce stockroom controls and safeguard inventory integrity.
- Lead and develop the sales team, manage product placement and coordinate in‑store promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in luxury retail, sales operations, planning or business strategy in a client‑centric environment.
- Demonstrated command of luxury service standards and sophisticated clienteling techniques.
- Strong analytical capability with proven ability to translate sales and customer data into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Excel and retail reporting tools; experience with budgeting and retail KPI monitoring.
- Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills, with the discretion to support elite sellers and clients.

3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, sales operations, planning or related functions, preferably within a high‑performing, client‑focused environment.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, merchandising or a related field preferred.
