Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized styling and fashion expertise
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge while improving sales through technology-enabled wardrobing and product consultation
- Utilize digital selling tools, omni-channel inventory, and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning and disciplined outreach
- Showcase product appropriately for both remote and in-person client engagements
- Create a collaborative and positive work environment while maintaining weekend availability (Friday through Sunday)
