Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve in various store departments based on operational requirements
- Process efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and connect clients with management when necessary
- Demonstrate attentive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store), curbside pickup, and alterations services in coordination with operations teams and management
- Assist with fitting room experiences as required
- Identify and introduce clients to enhanced services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in customer-centric retail or service roles
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively
- Familiarity with retail and mobile point-of-sale technologies
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience
Minimum one year of customer-centric retail or sales experience demonstrating the ability to engage clients and drive product and service sales in a luxury retail environment.
