Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, directing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Serve flexibly across different store areas according to business priorities
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Manage escalated customer issues by connecting patrons with management personnel
- Follow up diligently on client requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations services in coordination with operations teams and on-duty managers
- Assist with fitting room experiences and client styling consultations as needed
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by presenting services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, or delivery options
