Neiman Marcus seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate in Orlando to deliver luxury retail excellence during the holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, routing them to appropriate associates based on service needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Serve flexibly across different store areas to meet fluctuating business demands
- Handle escalated customer issues with grace, connecting clients with management when necessary
- Follow up diligently on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Support BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-up In Store) and curbside pickup operations in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on Duty
- Facilitate fitting room experiences as required
- Identify and introduce clients to value-added services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, package carry-out, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric retail or service experience with demonstrated ability to sell products and services
- Comfortable navigating retail and mobile technologies
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services. Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies is required.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
