Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, routing to appropriate team members based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and handle omnichannel services including BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations coordination
- Graciously escalate complex issues to management while demonstrating proactive follow-up on customer requests and needs
- Support fitting room experiences and introduce complementary services such as alterations, personalization, food and beverage, or delivery options
- Operate flexibly across different store areas based on business requirements and maintain exceptional service during peak seasonal periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer-centric sales or service experience
- Comfortable with retail and mobile technology platforms
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer-centric roles with demonstrated ability to sell products and services in a retail environment.
