- Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, routing them to appropriate specialists based on service needs
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions and support digital integration including BOPIS and curbside pickup
- Handle customer escalations gracefully by connecting clients with management team members
- Support fitting room experiences and alterations coordination in partnership with operations teams
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on customer requests, questions, and service needs
- Cross-sell premium services such as personalization, alterations, food and beverage offerings, and package delivery
- Serve flexibly across different store departments and areas based on business requirements
