Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and department locations, seamlessly transitioning them to appropriate sales associates based on service requirements
- Process efficient Point of Sale transactions while maintaining accuracy and security protocols
- Demonstrate responsive follow-up on client requests, inquiries, and service needs throughout the customer journey
- Support omnichannel fulfillment operations including BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-up In Store) and curbside pickup in coordination with operations teams and management
- Facilitate alterations services coordination, both for online and in-store transactions
- Assist with fitting room experiences and merchandise presentation as operational needs dictate
- Proactively identify and communicate value-added services such as personalization, alterations, food and beverage offerings, or delivery options to enhance client satisfaction
- Graciously escalate complex or sensitive client matters to management personnel while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-centric sales or service roles with documented track record of selling products and services
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and mobile sales tools
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver service excellence in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Flexibility to accommodate dynamic scheduling requirements including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods based on operational needs

Experience
Minimum 1 year in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services in a retail or hospitality setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, hospitality, or customer service training is beneficial.
