Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly at store entrances and departmental areas, assessing service needs and transitioning patrons to appropriate team members
- Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently while processing retail transactions with accuracy and grace
- Support multichannel fulfillment operations including BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-up In-Store) and curbside pickup services in coordination with operations and management teams
- Facilitate fitting room experiences and manage alteration consultations for both in-store and online orders
- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to management with professionalism and tact
- Proactively introduce premium services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
- Serve flexibly across multiple store departments based on operational requirements and peak-traffic periods
- Demonstrate follow-up on client requests, inquiries, and service needs to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of proven experience in customer-facing retail or hospitality roles
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and facilitate product and service sales
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile retail technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first orientation
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver gracious service during high-volume periods
