Neiman Marcus seeks a part-time Sales Advisor for its Gift Galleries to build client relationships and deliver expert styling and service across in-store and digital channels. The role focuses on personal sales, conversion, wardrobing, client outreach, and technology-enabled selling, and is onsite, reporting to the Sales Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement.
- Serve as a trusted style confidante and discuss fashion and trends with authority, both in person and digitally.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and selling.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Adapt product presentations for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel capabilities and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Develop strategies to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
- Foster a positive work environment through collaboration.
Qualifications
