Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling techniques and personalized style consultation
- Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge specific to luxury footwear, applying wardrobing strategies to enhance sales
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory systems for both in-person and remote client engagement
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals through strategic business planning
