Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge across luxury merchandise
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology for both in-store and remote client engagement
- Strategize individual productivity through wardrobing, client outreach, and technology utilization
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality while supporting a collaborative work environment
- Showcase products effectively for both in-person and remote client interactions
Qualifications
- Commission sales experience required
- Demonstrated styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Proficiency with technology and digital selling tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability (Friday through Sunday)
