Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante.
- Serve clients in-store and digitally, using current technology for outreach and sales.
- Speak authoritatively about fashion and trends in person and through digital channels.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Present products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology, omnichannel capabilities and fleetwide inventory to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client-conversion and wardrobing goals.
- Develop strategies to grow individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic.

Qualifications
