Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and sales.
- Discuss fashion and trends with authority in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Showcase products differently for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, omni-channel capabilities, and fleetwide inventory to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Develop strategies to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, effective outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.

Qualifications
- Motivation and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.
