Neiman Marcus seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to build client relationships and drive in-store and digital sales through expert styling, wardrobing, personalized outreach, and omnichannel tools. The role is onsite in Coral Gables and reports to the Sales Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante.
- Serve clients in-store and digitally, using current technology for outreach and selling.
- Discuss fashion and trends authoritatively in person and through digital channels.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Present products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Develop strategies to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, effective outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration.
Qualifications
- Motivation and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Technology experience, including selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 30 per hour.
