Neiman Marcus seeks a Sales Advisor for men's shoes to build client relationships and drive in-store and digital sales through styling, wardrobing, outreach, and technology. The role is onsite in Beverly Hills, reports to the Sales Manager, and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using technology for outreach and selling.
- Advise clients on fashion and trends with authority, both in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Adapt product presentation for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Develop a personal business strategy to increase productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration.
Qualifications
- Motivated, with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
