Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and stockroom intake.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; support order fulfillment workflows.
- Maintain stockroom organization, back-stock replenishment and day-to-day inventory control.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, damage processing and mark-outs to preserve merchandising standards.
- Assist visual merchandising and management with floor sets, sale events, signage and in-store activations.
- Follow dock and store safety procedures and support ad-hoc operational tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably with stockroom, merchandising or fulfillment responsibilities.
- Ability to manage competing tasks with a collaborative, 'win together' mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Capacity to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds when required.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
