Role & Responsibilities
- Serves assigned seating section in a professional and gracious manner, ensuring seamless guest interactions and satisfaction
- Utilizes thorough knowledge of food preparation, culinary terminology, and menu offerings to provide detailed recommendations and information to customers
- Demonstrates expertise in wine, beer, and spirits service, including technical and service procedures

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred

- Thorough knowledge of table settings protocols (china, glassware, flatware placement) and proper food and beverage placement
- Strong knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation methods
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
