Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver sophisticated hospitality by managing table pacing and interacting with guests in a professional, attentive manner
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including preparation methods, ingredients, and culinary terminology to describe dishes and handle dietary restrictions
• Leverage foundational knowledge of premium wine, beer, and spirits to offer tailored pairings and execute flawless beverage service procedures
• Execute all pre-shift, post-shift, daily, and weekly service station maintenance duties as assigned by management
• Follow strict brand guidelines for proper order of service, ensuring correct placement of fine china, luxury glassware, and flatware
• Maintain spotless workstations and active dining areas through consistent cleaning and sanitisation
• Adhere strictly to established accounting procedures for guest transactions, managing split checks and payment methods within the POS system
• Participate actively in daily pre-shift meetings to review covers, VIP reservations, and culinary updates
• Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and presentation, including clean, pressed uniforms and professionally groomed appearance
• Arrive on time fully dressed in proper uniform and prepared to work with necessary tools
• Coordinate timed meal breaks and time-off requests seamlessly with the floor team, prioritising operational needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-end, premium, or upscale food and beverage environment following strict table service guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of upscale order of service guidelines, fine dining table setups, and common culinary and beverage terminology
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with a natural ability to interface graciously with premium clientele
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, walking the floor, bending, and climbing stairs

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.12 to USD 25.15 per hour.
