Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain dining-room setup and table maintenance, including clearing and re-setting tables to brand standards.
- Deliver popovers, butter, water and other small items; run plated food and beverages from kitchen according to ticket routing.
- Maintain bus station and beverage areas; restock glasses, flatware, linens and service supplies.
- Assist waitstaff and kitchen team with service needs (restocking plates, bagging to‑go orders, expediter station setup).
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and complete pre-shift, post-shift and assigned daily/weekly duties.
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant and workstation; move and lift tables, chairs and equipment as required.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, personal presentation and uniform standards to minimise food-contamination risks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in food & beverage service and knowledge of formal table-service protocols.
- Thorough knowledge of china, glass and flatware placement and order of service.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving skills and a collaborative "win together" attitude.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
