Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain exceptional quality, service and presentation across dining rooms and kitchen areas.
- Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards; achieve and sustain a 90%+ score on seasonal shop reports and sanitation evaluations.
- Manage inventory, process batch invoices and prepare month‑end forecasts and POS‑derived financial documentation.
- Monitor restaurant performance against P&L targets; review preliminary profit and loss reports and drive corrective actions.
- Plan and execute special promotions, events and seasonal activations in collaboration with marketing and store teams.
- Coach, mentor and discipline direct reports; oversee daily associate tasks and support ongoing training and development.
- Communicate daily with the General Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef(s) on scheduling, staffing, financials and operational issues.
- Partner with Human Resources on payroll, benefits, training and employee relations matters.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant restaurant or food & beverage supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of leading, motivating and coaching teams to meet service and financial objectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; capable of standing, bending, climbing stairs and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite preferred.

Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, food & beverage or hospitality environment with demonstrated responsibility for team leadership, inventory control and financial performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent typically required.
