Role & Responsibilities

• Serve and interact with customers in a professional and gracious manner consistent with luxury hospitality standards
• Prepare and serve beverages with thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including technical and service procedures
• Utilize comprehensive food knowledge and culinary terminology to provide detailed menu information to customers
• Operate POS and ticket systems to facilitate smooth bar operations and accurate transaction processing
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure clean, professionally maintained uniform and personal appearance
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift duties including restaurant and workstation cleaning and maintenance
• Execute proper table service protocols including correct placement of table settings, china, glassware, and flatware
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and adhere to all established accounting and payment procedures
• Perform physical duties including lifting objects up to 35 pounds, standing, bending, and climbing stairs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Professional experience in food and beverage service with demonstrated knowledge of table service guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper table setting protocols
• Comprehensive understanding of beer, wine, and spirits including service techniques
• Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage graciously with diverse clientele

Experience

Experience in serving food and beverage in a professional restaurant or hospitality setting, with demonstrated proficiency in table service guidelines and bar operations.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
