Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain dining room setup and table maintenance including clearing, resetting and polishing service pieces
- Deliver popovers, butter, water, and plated items to guests according to kitchen tickets and service standards
- Support waitstaff and kitchen with expediting, restocking plates, bagging to‑go orders and refilling beverages
- Manage bus station and beverage areas; restock glassware, flatware, linens and service supplies
- Participate in pre‑shift meetings and execute pre‑shift, post‑shift and assigned daily/weekly duties
- Clean and maintain the restaurant, work station and uphold hygiene and uniform standards
- Lift and move dining furniture and carry loads up to 35 pounds; perform other physical tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food and beverage service experience, preferably in a high‑standards dining environment
- Working knowledge of proper table settings, order of service, culinary terminology and tray service
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, work autonomously and provide exemplary customer service
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs and safely lift up to 35 pounds
- Adherence to strict personal hygiene and uniform presentation standards

Experience
Previous serving or food & beverage support experience is preferred; candidate must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced luxury dining environment and supporting both front‑of‑house and kitchen operations.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
