Role & Responsibilities
- Source merchandise in-store to meet stylist and client needs promptly, leveraging transfers, Options 7's, and ringing/shipping capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with in-store concession teams to identify and secure priority products
- Partner with in-store managers, operations, and loss prevention teams to ensure efficient transactions, memos, and merchandise transfers with timely client delivery
- Navigate internal systems with deep knowledge of in-store inventory and processes to ensure swift turnaround and real-time solutions
- Own product requests from initiation through fulfillment, providing seller updates and ensuring timely resolution of requests
- Keep stylists informed of specialty capsules, exclusive trunk shows, and new product launches accompanied by guidelines and product imagery
