Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in client communication, outfit recommendations and day‑to‑day selling activities across in‑store and digital channels.
- Prepare for and execute selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise (including Fashionphile Service workflows).
- Complete post‑appointment follow up: order tracking, managing alterations, and sending client thank‑you notes.
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and curated experiences for top clients; maintain accurate client profiles and notes.
- Assist with digital selling and the brand’s social media presence to support stylist outreach and client engagement.
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and maintain fitting room cleanliness by coordinating housekeeping/maintenance services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years using digital tools and technology in a retail or client‑facing role.
- Proven experience in fashion retail or personal shopping; demonstrable customer service excellence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by retail operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in client data entry and order tracking.
- Comfortable with point‑of‑sale systems and executing digital selling initiatives.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with retail technology and digital tools, plus prior experience in fashion retail or personal styling support.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, styling or customer service coursework preferred.
