Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert styling advice in person and remotely, translating fashion trends into curated wardrobe solutions.
- Utilize digital selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel inventory to identify, source and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic business planning.
- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to engage clients and drive intentional store traffic.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; commission sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and remote selling techniques.
- Background in styling, fashion or fashion retail with demonstrated product and trend knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule to support retail hours and client appointments.
