Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge both in-store and via remote/digital channels, acting as a trusted style advisor.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omnichannel/fleetwide inventory to source, present and close sales.
- Apply wardrobing techniques to increase average transaction value and client lifetime value.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and technology-enabled selling.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage clients and drive intentional store traffic and appointments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, client-focused work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
- Experience in styling, fashion retail or personal shopping with demonstrated product and trend authority.
