Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including transaction processing at point-of-sale and merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alteration management, and thank-you note composition
- Organize and maintain appointment scheduling and coordinate gifting projects and exclusive experiences for VIP clientele
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information within customer relationship management systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence management
- Ensure unsold merchandise is properly returned to inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms through coordination with housekeeping and maintenance services
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail experience or background
- Ability to work a flexible schedule accommodating retail operations
