Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in all aspects of the selling process, including client communication, outfit selection and appointment preparation
- Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service
- Conduct post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, alterations coordination and client thank-you notes
- Assist with appointment scheduling, gifting projects and bespoke client experiences for top clients
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele records and client preferences
- Contribute to digital selling and maintain a professional social media presence for client outreach
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting room cleanliness via housekeeping and maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- 2+ years experience using technology and digital retail tools
- Previous fashion retail experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience using retail technology and digital tools, with prior exposure to fashion retail environments and client-facing selling activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certification preferred.
