- Assist Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments, including processing POS transactions and managing merchandise logistics for resale platforms such as Fashionphile
- Execute comprehensive post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client acknowledgment communications
- Organize and coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and personalized experiences for high-value clientele
- Maintain accurate and current client relationship data and styling profiles within company systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media content creation to amplify stylist presence and client engagement
- Ensure systematic inventory management by returning unsold merchandise to stock and maintaining fitting room standards through coordination with housekeeping services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with technology platforms and digital tools
- Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury goods environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage flexible work schedules including potential weekend and evening availability
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
