Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing for and executing client selling appointments, both in-store and via online platforms.
- Process transactions at POS and manage merchandise handling for Fashionphile Service.
- Perform post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, coordination of alterations, and sending client thank-you communications.
- Support scheduling of appointments, gifting projects and special experiences for top clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate client records and ensure CRM/contact information is current.
- Contribute to digital selling and maintain a professional social media presence to support the stylist’s client engagement.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms and client areas meet housekeeping and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working knowledge of technology with demonstrated use of digital tools.
- Previous fashion retail experience and familiarity with luxury client service standards.
- Ability to operate POS systems and process merchandise transactions accurately.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-focused demeanor.
