Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client selling appointments, both in-person and virtually.
- Process transactions at POS and handle merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service.
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, coordination of alterations and sending thank-you correspondence.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting projects and curated experiences for top clients.
- Enter, update and maintain precise client records and preference data.
- Contribute to digital selling activities and help maintain the stylist’s social media presence.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and assist with inventory handling.
- Ensure fitting room cleanliness and presentation by liaising with housekeeping and maintenance services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience using technology and digital selling tools.
- Prior fashion retail or customer-facing experience in a luxury environment.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Excellent client communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and managing order/alteration workflows.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience using digital tools with demonstrated fashion retail or client-facing experience; familiarity with POS transactions and remote selling is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications preferred.
