Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist with appointment preparation and in-person selling, including ringing transactions at POS and processing Fashionphile consignments.
- Execute post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, alterations coordination, and personalized thank-you communications.
- Manage appointment scheduling, gifting projects and client experiences for top clients; maintain accurate appointment calendars.
- Enter, update and safeguard precise client records and preference data to support ongoing clienteling and sales activity.
- Assist with digital selling and maintaining a social media presence to engage clients and support stylist outreach.
- Return unsold merchandise to inventory and ensure fitting rooms and client areas meet housekeeping and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' demonstrated experience using digital tools and technology in a retail context.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or a luxury boutique environment.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to high-touch customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential client information.

Education
