- Assist with preparation and execution of selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and processing merchandise for consignment services
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and experiential activations for key clientele
- Maintain accurate and organized client relationship management records
- Support digital selling efforts and social media engagement initiatives
- Ensure proper inventory control by returning unsold merchandise to stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting room facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with technology platforms and digital tools
- Demonstrated experience in fashion retail or luxury retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including potential weekend and evening hours
