Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing transactions at point-of-sale and handling merchandise logistics for third-party services
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client thank-you communications
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for top-tier clients
- Maintain accurate and precise clientele information and customer relationship data
- Support digital selling operations and social media presence initiatives
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to inventory with proper documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools
- Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury customer service environments
- Strong ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to dynamic retail operations
