Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client selling appointments, including ringing transactions at the POS and processing merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Perform post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, coordinating alterations, and sending client thank-you communications.
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and tailored experiences for top clients; assist with event logistics where required.
- Enter, update and maintain accurate client profiles and purchase histories to support clienteling and sales activity.
- Assist with digital selling initiatives and help maintain the stylist’s social media presence and online outreach.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms are clean and well-maintained via housekeeping and maintenance coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience using digital tools and retail technology, including POS systems.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a client-facing luxury retail environment.
- Proven attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required by retail operations.
- Professional demeanour and commitment to delivering elevated client service; ability to maintain client confidentiality.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail or client-facing experience in fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrated competency using digital selling tools and point-of-sale systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
