Role & Responsibilities
- Support a Personal Stylist in planning and executing client appointments both in‑store and virtually.
- Process sales transactions at POS and handle merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service.
- Perform post‑appointment follow up including order tracking, alterations coordination and client thank‑you communications.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives and bespoke client experiences for top clients.
- Enter, update and maintain precise clienteling and contact records.
- Assist with digital selling activities and contribute to the stylist’s social media presence.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms are maintained to brand housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using digital tools and retail technologies.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a related client‑facing luxury environment.
- Strong client service orientation with impeccable interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple scheduling and gifting projects.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
At least two years’ experience working with retail technology and digital selling tools, plus demonstrable experience in fashion retail or a client‑facing styling role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certificate in fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
