Neiman Marcus in Dallas seeks a Personal Stylist Assistant to support personal stylists with appointments, POS, client follow-up and digital selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client selling appointments, including preparing merchandise and fitting room presentation.
- Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise, including handling Fashionphile Service items when required.
- Complete post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, managing alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and VIP experiences for top clients.
- Enter, update and maintain accurate clientele records and CRM data.
- Assist with digital selling activities and help maintain the stylist’s social media presence.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms meet housekeeping and maintenance standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and client experience.
- Minimum two years of experience using technology and digital tools in a retail environment.
- Prior fashion retail or client-facing experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including in-store and online selling shifts.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of practical experience using digital tools; prior experience in fashion retail or another client-facing retail environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/fashion-related certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
