- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including POS transactions and Fashionphile Service processing
- Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client communication
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and premium experiences for high-value clientele
- Maintain and update precise client information within company systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence development
- Ensure unsold merchandise is accurately returned to inventory stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and styling spaces
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with technology platforms and digital tools
- Demonstrated experience in fashion retail or luxury retail environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
