Neiman Marcus in Coral Gables seeks a Personal Stylist Assistant (onsite) to support stylists with appointments, POS transactions and digital selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client selling appointments, both in-store and online.
- Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Perform post-appointment follow-up: track orders, coordinate alterations and send thank-you communications.
- Help schedule appointments and coordinate gifting projects and client experiences for top clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate client records and profile information.
- Contribute to digital selling efforts and bolster social media presence as directed by the stylist.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms remain clean and serviceable using housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience using technology and digital tools in a retail environment.
- Prior fashion retail or client-facing retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail or client-facing experience with demonstrated comfort using digital tools and platforms; prior experience in fashion retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in fashion, retail, merchandising or communications is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
