- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank-you correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and curated experiences for top-tier clients
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information and customer data
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence management
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and fitting rooms remain clean and well-organized
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools
