Neiman Marcus in Chicago seeks a Personal Stylist Assistant. Hourly $17.90–$22.39. Support stylists with appointments, clienteling and digital selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Stylist with client communications, appointment preparation and follow-up.
- Ring transactions at POS and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service as required.
- Manage post-appointment tasks including order tracking, alterations coordination and thank-you communications.
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and curated experiences for top clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele records and sales notes.
- Assist with digital selling initiatives and maintain social media presence where requested.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms are clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience using digital tools; comfortable with online selling platforms.
- Retail or fashion industry experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work on-site and support online client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail when handling client records and follow-up.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of experience working with digital tools and in fashion retail or client-facing roles, with a proven commitment to high-quality customer service.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.90 to USD 22.39 per hour.
