Neiman Marcus (Chicago) seeks a Personal Stylist Assistant to support stylists with appointments, POS transactions, clienteling and digital selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support assigned Personal Stylist in the end-to-end selling process, including preparing for appointments and assisting during fittings
- Ring transactions and process merchandise at the point-of-sale (POS); handle Fashionphile Service procedures where applicable
- Execute post-appointment follow-up: order tracking, coordinating alterations, and sending personalized thank-you communications
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules in CRM/booking systems
- Coordinate gifting projects and curated experiences for top clients
- Assist with digital selling activities and sustain a professional social media presence to support the stylist
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms meet housekeeping and maintenance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience using digital tools and retail technologies
- Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury client service
- Demonstrated commitment to high-calibre customer service and clienteling
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication

Experience
At least 2 years of experience with retail technologies and digital tools, combined with hands-on experience in fashion or luxury retail environments supporting client appointments and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 22.50 per hour.
